that shit will not work in a state court. thats why his only hope of getting out of this is to get it moved into federal court and convince a judge that he was simply just doing his job. thats one hell of a longshot, but its all he's got. good luck trying to convince a judge that committing crimes on behalf of a president, or anybody else, is part of your job description. thats where it's all falling apart on him. on top of that, he's basically just pointing fingers and placing the blame on trump. that sure as fuck aint gonna help fat donny out when its his turn.
