Crime Trump Administration Sent Legal Immigrant to Prison in El Salvador

So after the wrongly deported him without due processand resisted a supreme court order to bring him back asap
They tried to strong arm him into pleading guilty to human trafficking with a carrot of Costa Rica if he did this
He refused, government refuses to go to trial because they have no evidence, so not they're back to the stick of trying to send him to Uganda without said due process?

He already has valid deportation orders signed by a judge. Thats his due process. Due process isn’t infinite process and delay. He doesn’t need to be found to be anything more than illegal to be deported.

He’s already had way more rope than the hundreds of thousands of illegals that have already been deported and the million+ that have left voluntary because they know they had exhausted all available process to fight deportation. All because judges, lawyers, and democrats have made him a special case.

But he’s getting the boot. Just delaying the inevitable. He really thinks he’s going to get to stay lol

And as predicted, Obama judge pulls a delay.

Hmm, don’t know on what basis considering the deportation order AND the Supreme Court ruling that deportees can be sent to third countries. What makes him special?

Should be an easy reversal as they all are. Just a matter of how long the higher courts drag ass on it. But in the meantime, I think Garcia has a renewed 6 month detention in ICE facilities.

Just fuck off dude.

When did he get valid deportation orders? I'm not as up on this story as it was on the beginning, but the supreme court ruled the deportation was invalid and ordered a lower court order to retrieve him a proper ruling.

Then Trump and company tried to get him to plead guilty to being a human smuggler which he didn't do. And now they're trying to deport him to a country with 0 ties which I really don't understand.

I don't believe they ever got valid deportation orders. There were some old ones that he successfully appealed back in 2019. Those aren't valid.

He’s had valid deportation orders from since they originally deported him. Those are still valid.

The whole mistake was not that he wasn’t deportable, but that there a caveat in that order that he couldn’t be deported to El Salvador in particular. There has since been third country agreements and a Supreme Court ruling allowing any illegals to third countries if the home country won’t/can’t take them. I don’t see why he should be a special case.

In 2019 a judge issued a withholding of removal for Garcia. That order allowed him to stay and work in the US. The order was broken by the administration when they deported him in 2025. The SC said the US must facilitate and effectuate his return. The administration dragged their feet on that order.

Do you mean the script we got from the Supreme Court when it ruled the deportation was wrong?

Are you going to accuse your local weatherman of following a script from THE DEEP STATE next when when they report what the National Weather Service determines?
You're an idiot. Your troll shtick is old.

Take it up with the Supreme Court and the federal government, old man, they affirmed the removal was illegal.

Per the Supreme Court ruling: "The United States acknowledges that Abrego Garcia was subject to a withholding order forbidding his removal to El Salvador, and that the removal to El Salvador was therefore illegal"

I'm sorry you're such a cultist that you think reality and objective facts are trolling.

They were about to deport this guy and then an activist judge blocks the deportation AGAIN. WTF. This MOFO has nine lives.

I don't understand how many times different judges can block his deportation? Is it every federal judge in the country? There are nearly 1,770 authorized judgeships across the U.S. federal court system.
