So after the wrongly deported him without due processand resisted a supreme court order to bring him back asap
They tried to strong arm him into pleading guilty to human trafficking with a carrot of Costa Rica if he did this
He refused, government refuses to go to trial because they have no evidence, so not they're back to the stick of trying to send him to Uganda without said due process?
He already has valid deportation orders signed by a judge. Thats his due process. Due process isn’t infinite process and delay. He doesn’t need to be found to be anything more than illegal to be deported.
He’s already had way more rope than the hundreds of thousands of illegals that have already been deported and the million+ that have left voluntary because they know they had exhausted all available process to fight deportation. All because judges, lawyers, and democrats have made him a special case.
But he’s getting the boot. Just delaying the inevitable. He really thinks he’s going to get to stay lol
