Just for argument's sake, let's assume dude is guilty of whatever charges they bring against him. Is the position that KAG would serve his sentence out of the country, in El Salvador?

I'm asking in earnest, because I don't know if that's a thing. I'm pretty sure if dude came here, committed a serious crime, he is required to do the time in prison here before being deported, no? Maybe this is where I'm simply just wrong (that's okay), but I think that's the logic for not deporting El Chapo to a Mexican prison he can escape from again.

So if the admin is now saying "Oh this guy was a provable criminal all along" why didn't we arrest/prosecute him instead of deporting him, if that's the standard procedure?

And I don’t believe the admin knew all this stuff about him, as I don’t think they looked at him individually other than through previous due process, he had been identified as a ms-13 gang member and had the final deportation order.

As for not prosecuting him before, they could have looked into his individual case, but why bother when you could just deport him to El Salvador for way cheaper.

District, state, and federal prosecutors could charge people all the time, but use their discretion not to. For instance, there a lots of people with extensive criminal and arrest records, but a liberal district attorney chooses not to prosecute them, or chooses to reduce charges, etc

Biggest cope lol. A month ago the press secretary and every other cabinet member of tbe admin was calling this dude a trafficker and smuggler. So either they had the evidence and info of it and should've brought him back then to charge him then, or they're doing it now because they're forced to make up for their mistakes?
