Wait and see , this is still nothingThe "he had tattoos so it's fine" angle is beyond fascism.
That's Nazism.
And no, I don't claim everything is Nazism.
But that is.

That may be true, but I think it’s abhorrent to make an example of someone who doesn’t deserve it, even if it’s effective. Punishment should fit the crime. He entered illegally? No worries, deport him. He doesn’t need to go to a prison like that. You guys miss the bigger picture. If you're thinking of coming to the US illegally and you see just regular Joes getting sent to this supermax prison in El Salvador you might decide to stay in Mexico.
Shapiiro is a dude who is like 5’2” and admitted on air he can’t get his wife wet.Says the guy basing his opinion off of Ben Shapiro...
"The man, Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, had lived in the United States under protected legal status since October 2019. His wife and 5-year-old child are both U.S. citizens.
On March 12, Mr. Abrego Garcia was stopped by immigration agents who told him inaccurately that his status had changed, according to court documents. Mr. Abrego Garcia had “withholding from removal” status, which means he was the subject of a deportation order but was allowed to stay in the United States because of the likelihood that he could be harmed if he returned to El Salvador."
He was legal. And most definitely not a gang member.
He was never confirmed to be a gang member, which is why that initial judgment was reversed.According to other reports, he came to the country illegally in 2012 and got caught in 2019 and it was then he claimed he would be harmed if sent back. It’s convenient that he was here all that time and never once claimed asylum until he got caught. According to those sources(twitter) he was a confirmed gang member from when he first came here and had been beefing with some other gang. It’s not likely they remember him or would know who he was so many years later. El Salvador is a shithole and no one would want to go back, but he doesn’t belong here in the first place. Going under the radar doesn’t give you protection. I think that many years living here should give you some pause before getting sent back provided he was never arrested, and I don’t know if he was or not or whether he had a job. He was given pause because of his sob story which I don’t believe should be enough to keep him here considering he had many years to do it before. Overall, I think both sides are wrong-him for sneaking in and not declaring asylum for five years and the government for snatching him up without much if an explanation, but right or wrong, he has little right to be here in the first place. It’s a risk they take

No one has any specific right to "be" anywhere. If they did, Natives wouldn't be on reservations with distilled versions of the rights this Country assigned the favourable demographic. This entire "go be somewhere else" argument is just a manifestation of years of Nationalist xenophobia, nothing more. Painting immigrants in a default negative light over almost nothing when you are almost guaranteed to have far worse US-born neighbors than this guy.
It's right wing think tank research of course, but you're not going to find a left wing one looking at this. If you have a problem with their data I'm happy to hear about it.

Misuse of Data Understates Illegal Immigrant Criminality
Activists and academics have been misusing data from the Texas DPS in studies claiming that illegal immigrants have relatively low crime rates.cis.org

Whether he came here illegally or not at one point is irrelevant as the current legal ruling is that he wasn't to be deported to El Salvador and not only did they do it anyway they sent him to prison there for no actual provable crime.
Well, he was here. That’s provable and that’s a crime.
I noticed that too. They make her look 70.All that work on her face she has had done and still has old ass wrinkly hands. She has the hands of a great grandma. Pro tip if you are going to get massive amount of plastic surgery on your face, don't forget your hands because they will give your age away.
I wonder how many Brazzers memes have been made out of this photo.
What is this supposed to prove?
By his and his brother's own account, they overstayed their visa and worked here illegally prior to investors paying to get them H1-Bs.
He was on a student visa while working as a founder for zip2 and living in a rented office, both things are illegal. He never attended Stanford, so at that point his student visa was nullified.
By your own standard, he was working here illegally at one point so his current immigration status is irrelevant.
Your article is disputing whether or not he came here illegally, I never claimed that. He overstayed his student visa and worked here illegally for several years before investors vouched for him getting an H1-B.

"Abrego Garcia said he fled El Salvador because a gang, Barrio 18, routinely extorted his parents’ business for “rent” money and threatened to kill him and his brother if the family didn’t comply, according to court documents in his 2019 immigration case.
The family sold pupusas, El Salvador’s signature dish, which are flat tortilla pouches that hold steaming blends of cheese, beans or savory pork. Abrego Garcia’s mother ran the business, Pupuseria Cecilia, out of their home. His father was a former police officer.
The family eventually sent Abrego Garcia’s brother Cesar to the U.S. Abrego Garcia was also sent to the U.S. after the gang repeatedly tried to recruit him, immigration court documents stated.
Abrego Garcia came to the U.S. illegally from El Salvador around 2011, according to his lawyers, and made his way to Maryland to join his older brother, a U.S. citizen.
Abrego Garcia’s emigration from El Salvador was the subject of an October 2019 immigration hearing after he was arrested while looking for work and turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement following allegations about his gang membership.
ICE had argued against his release because local police in Maryland had “verified” his gang membership, court records said. Abrego Garcia subsequently filed for asylum, while his lawyer submitted “voluminous” evidence that he faced the threat of violence in El Salvador.
Abrego Garcia’s attorneys also pushed back against the MS-13 claim, which was based on a confidential informant’s allegations, court documents said. The informant alleged that Abrego Garcia belonged to an MS-13 chapter in New York, where he had never lived.
An immigration judge denied Abrego Garcia’s asylum request in October 2019 but granted him protection from being deported back to El Salvador. He was released and ICE did not appeal.
Abrego Garcia later married Vasquez Sura, who is a U.S. citizen, and the couple are parents to their son and her two children from a previous relationship."
No criminal record. No evidence other than one unverified claim in 2019. Full time job. Family man. According to you, also a terrorist at war with the United States.
Stop making excuses for people shredding the Constitution.
What? I am not making excuses for anyone. All I said was that he snuck into the country and had many years to file for asylum and didn’t do so until he was caught here illegally in 2019. If he had gone to some agency at some point during his many years here, I wouldn’t find it quite so convenient that his life would be in jeopardy from a gang from so many years ago. It’s a bullshit excuse. I pointed out that I knew little about his personal life to say whether he was a gang member or not. I even said that the information I read was from twitter for fucks sake. In the end, all I said was that he was here illegally and he was rolling the dice and he eventually lost. So, save your venom for someone else
Imagine a judge declaring MS13 is a protected class.
The troll game is strong, and you're a curious bugger. Either you're an American who is truly very stupid, a total AI bot, or an asset who is being forced by gunpoint to post the way you do.Imagine a judge declaring MS13 is a protected class.
As is expected, legal, and moral, a judge has called this an illegal act and ordered the Trump Admin to bring Garcia back.
They can do it. Now let’s see if they will.
