No he’s not lol. He has like 2 good performances in DBC and requiem for a dream. Otherwise he’s a decent side character at best.

Stop it. Hes done terrible movies, that doesnt make him a terrible actor any more than Robert De Niro being a bad actor for all the trash he's been in.

Looks cool, I just worry when Disney is involved it is all DEI put a chick in it make them gay and lame. As for the Leto debate, I like him. I went to a music festival headlined by Linkin Park years ago. 30 Seconds to Mars was playing and we knew a guy that got us into VIP. Jared was a really cool guy and we bullshitted about movies. I told him I was a fan of Switchback, and he cracked up.

My son loves Tron Legacy, it’s one of his favourite movies. And my older brother loves the original Tron, it’s one of his favourite movies. I’ll have to try and see Ares with both of them together.

He has like 5 minutes of screen time in blade runner and panic room lol. He always plays some over the top druggie, thug, or crazy person. Dave Bautista might have more than him shit. If he were the 6th most important character in the movie and some junkie at a club sure it would probably work since he loves to be over dramatic. I don’t see him pulling off a lead in a sci fi but we’ll see.

Sure thing, dude. Hes literally one of the most celebrated actors of his generation. Some trash movies, sure, but you're literally the first person I've ever heard of that argued that he isn't a good actor.

To be fair I think he plays an ok hammy badguy, his Blade Runner villian would have been fine in a more generic sci fi actioner rather than something with more dramatic weight than that.

Honestly to me this just looks like a very generic "Interesting thing turns up and starts destroying American cities in big CGI setpeices" which obviously goes massively against the franchise previously.

I spose legacy did have Kora in the real world very briefly at the end and hinted at a larger crossover but to me Tron designs in the real world looks a bit silly to me and really downplays a lot of the appeal, I think its the entire Tron setting which was fun and interesting not just a bits of it.

I know Legacy's plot was Clu wanting to break into the real world but we didnt actually see it happen and what it might actually look like if he did, you could image his forces might somehow transmutation into something different looking.
