I actually enjoyed this quite a bit; more than I thought I would. I saw the Imax 3D Atmos version which was great. I would guess it's not as enjoyable without the enhanced sound and screen. Plot is fairly simple and straightforward, but it's still a fun ride and the soundtrack does indeed rock. As some have mentioned, there were some setups for further sequels, but that's probably off the table after the disappointing box office. Definitely worth a watch.

I think it is going to be more a stay on cable and streaming like the other Tron movies. It is going to be that movie/soundtrack that you play in the background to listen to and half watch while doing stuff. It has a lot of candy like Mad Max Fury Road where you can enjoy bites of it at a time, in my opinion.

Hot take: I think Ares is the best of all the three Tron movies.

It bombed? Cool, that means we get another sequel in ten years, with a soundtrack by The Chemical Brothers.

This should of been a series anyway but needed movie for the Theater experience I guess.

They should come tinie this but inna series format which might do pretty well.

This was likely best of tron movies .
