If all that's left of a body is just a skeleton, there's one thing experts can tell from it, whether the person was a male or female due to bone structure... because there's a fundamental difference male and female.

but the real question isn't are you biologically male or female. the real question is what is the best treatment for dysphoria that leads to the best likely outcome for the individual. you're too quick to just say they have brain issues and dismiss them as broken than actually caring about what the right "treatment" is for them. you want to tell them how they have to live given their genetic makeup. care more about what maximizes their chance at a satisfying life. just a suggestion.

No one has claimed that "all humans have two legs". The argument is that it is accurate to say "humans have two legs" because baring any abnormalities that is true. Humans are supposed to have two legs.
