Social WSJ: Evidence Backs the Transgender Social-Contagion Hypothesis

Now go after the doctors that were pushing this and doing real harm to people so that they could reap the rewards of expensive surgeries and lifelong expensive drugs

Oy vey!

My personal theory based on people I've met at work is that if they looked into it they'd find that there's a significant link between trans and autism.
Other significant link is being sexually abused as a child.

After we look into the lefts obsession with grooming children to be trans and shaming anyone who questions it.
Yeah no shit. One may be a minor problem while the other is flat out harmful. But that’s what the left does, they rationalize the harmful stuff and go all in on the small things that may be a minor problem

So, does that mean that being a tranny was a "social construct"???
Absolutely. It’s a fad like bell bottoms, blue nail polish, gangsta rap, and goth.

The incidence of gender dysphoria just all of the sudden skyrocketed over the past ten years. Either you believe that or you know everyone was being diagnosed as “trans” without actually performing a proper diagnostic evaluation. Lots of money to be made.

Funny how the drug companies who rule the medical industry made that ok to self diagnose, but not anything else…

That's an excellent point. Why don't we have "weight-affirming care"?
We do. We have GLP-1’s that work very well, but the insurance companies are too greedy to cover them. They have to for diabetes, but not for weight loss. Unless you have a very good commercial insurance, they don’t be covered. NY Medicaid does not cover them. Medicare will only cover them if you meet their BMI threshold AND have had an adverse cardiac event (heart attack or stroke).

People are boycotting Netflix because its shows geared to young children pushes the lbgtq ideology.

That black character has that hairstyle that’s so overused in video games, movies and television yet I’ve never seen a real person with it.

mental illness needs to be called out and treated. it's not right to enable it, just like you wouldn't tell an anorexic to lose weight or go to a weight loss clinic.
With what illness are you diagnosing a kid who is getting good grades, has friends, is happy, has good relationship with family, isn't hurting anybody? And how would you treat this illness?

A doctor would tell their parents they've done a great job and everything is fine. Nothing to worry about. And they'd be right.

Climate change is real. There just isn’t a damn thing we can do about it. There’s been multiple extinction level events caused by climate change before humans were even a thing.

The major change we have the potential to cause would be from the nuclear and biological weapons. It would be easily possible for those to change the earth into a place that isn’t inhabitable to humans.
I think it’s worth it for the simple fact that transitioning away from the worst fossil fuels would improve the lives of so many. Breathable air, drinkable water, and also the fact that they aren’t permanent. Saudis and UAE are already investing elsewhere for this reason. Giving up isn’t an option in my opinion and it goes against what we are as a species. We always try to overcome

What do you think the fat acceptance movement and "beautiful at any size" was all about?

And did you notice that plus sized marketing and acceptance was seemingly only geared towards women? I never saw obese men modelling clothes on websites (and I'd assume not on runways though I'm not familiar with that scene).

And you will notice how men would be accused of being misogynist etc if they didn't want their swimsuit models to be obese.

Yet my understanding is dating apps implemented tools where women could filter out men who weren't over a height threshold.

I imagine there would be a huge uproar if men insisted on filtering out women of a certain weight threshold.

So again, one wonders why the asymmetry here. How did these "norma" come about? What is driving them? Seems to me the underlying message is one group just has to exist to not just be accepted, but deserving of praise. Another group doesn't.

I have my theories.
