Some people, often taller folks, keep a pillow between their knees or thighs while they sleep.

I used to sleep over at this married couples house when we would hang out and get drunk and the 6’5 guy would always say I can use his butt pillow when it came time to pass out.

After awhile of laughing it off as a joke, turns out he did sleep with a pillow wedged between his thighs. Not sure if he truly ever gave me the butt pillow but assume not because it never smelled like ass

Pillows between your knees is good for posture if you sleep on your side. I say this from a PT's perspective. I was naughty and hated sleeping on my back and he said it was okay if I had a pillow between my knees.

If you kid isn't going to continue your lineage (which they won't if they castrate themselves) then they serve no purpose and are just a massive waste of your time and resources and should be discarded post haste.
