I like the frequency of the new releases of DC McFarlane, but so far, none really motivate me to buy, except maybe regular Superman.

I'm hoping for a good Arkham videogame Batman and Batman Hush Jim Lee. The Arkham Asylum Batman's thighs lack superhero muscles.

That's my big problem with all of the McFarlane DC releases so far too. I didn't realize every super hero skips leg day.

The proportions just look goofy with thick upper bodies and arms, but legs that look like the most exercise they get is squatting up after taking a shit

Don't collecting Hot Wheels but just wanted one of these cause they neat

Also updated my Godzilla Collection and will post update pics later

The upcoming Marvel Legends Retro Spiderman has good articulation and seems like Pizza Spidey's big eyes head fits. They should have included a modern big eyes head along with wallcrawling hands.

Lego can do dual color molded parts. Why can't Hasbro make dual color molded elbow pegs? Even Bandai does multiple colors on one plastic model sprue.

I think Hot Wheels Ride-Ons were intended to fit Megabloks or Lego minifigures.

Damn, bro. Those Marvel Legends Retro Spider-man figures are so tempting to me. They look awesome. But I put a hiatus on my figure buying when I moved due to space concerns. I've got so many now that I can't display what I have. But, what's a few more, right? LOL.

You see the rest of that Spidey retro lineup? Gwen/MJ, Electro, Green Goblin, Peter Parker where someone who got it early said the glasses are glued so might be removable with effort. There's also retro Kingpin re-paint, comic Mysterio. Your Spidey & Morbius need supporting cast.

The fat Doc Ock that came out maybe past two years looks good too. They also had a comic old man Vulture.

The more I think of it the more I believe that this set is a must-have. That particular era of Spider-man is when I first began reading the comics as a little kid so I've got a lot of love for it. And they really did an excellent job of making them comic-accurate. So, yeah, I'm going to jump on it or I'll regret it.

Marvel Legends Deadpool Strong Guy BAF wave up for pre-order. Only Maverick and maybe Black Tom were appealing.

Six-Arm Spidey is under $9, so wondering if that Amazing Spider-Man 2 head will fit on the upcoming Retro Vintage Spidey. Looks like the red color won't match though. A custom head would likely cost more than $9.

I need Hasbro Marvel Legends to release this generic X-Men blue and yellow costume so I can head swap and make Gambit vs. Wolverine Jim Lee cover, but need a short stocky one for Wolverine. A lot of people would buy multiples for army building and head swaps.

The original black and yellow New Mutants costume would also be good.

Where are you finding six-arm Spidey for $9, bro? At that price, I'll grab another one to use out of the box. I'll see if I can find a cheap Morbius & recreate the cover to ASM #101.

Amazon

The upcoming Retro Spidey has a erivera94 review and looks like the ultimate Spidey when compared to skinny Pizza Spidey. I hope Six-Arm head fits on Retro body.

Something like this?

I snagged this from a comic shop back in the day and never opened it (I was in the military at the time and I knew that I would keep moving). Vintage 1993.

Gotcha. Thanks.
This was Amazon as seller, but the price went back to 19.99. It was low for quite a few days, just like War Machine was like half price.

Sometimes they drop the price for a limited time like $5-$10 then back to normal. No idea the reasoning. They had Monster Venom for $29.99 then $32.99.

That's different. That's the future XSE uniform.

I did keep a Gambit Toybiz unopened and boy does it look crude. Not same scale as Marvel Legends.

If the Marvel Legends Bishop looked a bit better, I would have tried to buy it.

Yep, I checked right away & it's back at full price. Oh, well. I'll keep a closer eye on it from now on. I'm not sure how their algorithms on pricing work either but I've got no complaints as I've found more good deals than I've lost out on over the years. Like yesterday, I got an OOP Blu-ray steelbook for $28 from them & today it's back up to $79.

So, do you collect comics too or just the figures? I may have asked you before but I can't recall.

I still collect comics in that I have a collection of about 2500 vintage issues that I enjoy having but I no longer collect single comics. These days when I want to read something I buy the TPB.

Haven't really bought any hardcopy comics since college days. I did buy a bunch of iTunes tradepaperback collections, but am thinking, they disappear after I'm gone. I do like being able to read them without digging out old dusty comics.

Sometime after college days, Best Buy sold these Git Corp DVD-ROMs with many, many years of X-Men, Amazing Spider-Man, Avengers, Fantastic Four, Hulk, Iron Man. I wish I bought all instead of just X-Men. They are PDFs of regular issues and annuals. Now used copies of the DVD-ROMs are a few hundred bucks. I think brand new back then was $50 each. They aren't clean digital copies like Marvel Unlimited, but scans including advertisements.
