News Top Talent Exodus occurring in PFL

No fights announced for their Bellator champions (Mix, Eblen, Anderson, Cyborg, ect.) that haven't already been released, now they can't book fights for their PFL champs. They need to find some new investors soon.

Bellator veteran Kai Kamaka (14-6-1), recently competing in the PFL, makes his Tuff-N-Uff debut after a planned Global Fight League (GFL) bout fell through. The “Fighting Hawaiian” faces UFC alum Joshua Weems (12-4), who suffered a first-round loss at Tuff-N-Uff 142 last month.

When I saw the name "Weems" I got stoked for a second, then realized I got his name mixed up with Wayne 'The Wayneiac" Weems from TUF 5. Also, it's funny that they refer to Joshua Weems as the "UFC alum" when he only had one official UFC fight, while Kamaka had 4 fights in the UFC

PFL is losing a third of it's talents, another third is forced to be inactive and cannot get fights, only a third remains.

Clearly, the more time goes, the more PFL looks like a future sunken ship, it will follow Bellator to the grave. Amateurish mistakes.

PFL was not profitable since day 1 to this day. What will make them profitable in the next five years ? They have too much ambition than they can afford. No wise investors would invest on them at least not today.

Not pfl but one has one available.

I wonder what the point of buying Bellator was if they were just going to let a bunch of them go? Anyway, I’m hoping Nemkov makes the move soon.

Well, they got Bellator for basically worthless shares of their corporate stock. So they really didn't give any real hard cold cash in the bank over to Bellator.

I think the severely underestimated the cost and management it takes to add 200 fighters or whatever to your plate in one day. The logistics become a nightmare overnight with out the right people managing it all, they obviously didn't have that and have been scrambling non stop since.

Some fighters like Moose they had to just dump. Coker signed him to crazy deal at the 11th hour knowing it wasn't going to be his problem to pay him. That occurred just month or two after Coker told Moose's people they weren't going to resign him anywhere near his current pay. PFL approached a lot guys they thought Bellator overpaid for and tried to renegotiate contracts. Obviously, that wasn't going to go well behind the scenes or in the public perception. So, they ended up dragging things out and eventually cut some guys. Sucks, but if they could afford for them to fight they would. It seems to me they are basically doing everything they can to just stay afloat right now.

Not too much of a shocker and something that most people probably don’t give a shit about lol but Clarissa Shields says she’s done with MMA.

PFL probably paid her a decent amount of money too.

Should sign with Holly Holm with Jake's MVP Promotions they seem to specialize in women boxers getting them paid.
