Thoughts on Topuria? Champ potential?

I like any fighter like him that actively looks for different opening and actually attacks them instead of going on auto pilot mode where they over worry about range.

Part of being a good fighter is learning how to strike in a way that creates openings like that. Was entertained.

he looked lethal last night. kid has massive potential to reach the top. he could be the top predator in the division in a year or two. i wish him the best.

i feel like we're witnessing a changing of the guard, and i'm stoked.

If he keeps doing what he is doing he definitely could be champ. He is only 23 so I hope they don't rush it...but man oh man he looked really good. That left hook to the body is/was a game changer for sure.

Too early to tell to be honest, but I do believe we are looking at a future top 10 guy

I like him a lot. Dude is vicious and fearless. Solid boxing mixed it up well to the body. As always we will have to see his grappling and cardio and eventually heart and toughness but at 23 he is one to watch.

I think he could already be a handful for some of the ranked guys, and he's only 23. It's a shame Lamas retired because that would have been the perfect Veteran test for him to see if he can hang with the top 15.

I am on the train. Topuria is one of the best prospects right now.

Did you miss his ufc debut against Zalal?? Topuria is a BJJ wizard with pretty good wrestling. His striking was his least developed attribute, but seems to be catching up quick.

Him and Arnold Allen would be a fire fight. Hope UFC puts it together.

still deciding if I should call him TopuGOAT or GOATuria

10-0 at Featherweight. I love me a fighter that rips the body.

BW, and FW have never been so good. Exciting times.

great prospect. 145 just keeps getting deeper. Crazy that he’s known for a ground game but displayed some really solid boxing skill. Definitely looking forward to his next bout.

The Georgian Parlay is a real thing. Dolidze and Topuria were easy money last night.
