hercules at the end really more like hercucheese. They shouldve killed hemsworth Thor and kept The Mighty Thor imo.

One of them is signed on for more Movies , the other not so much.

So rarity for me but yeah I'm rating it lower than you for the 1st time. The attempt at "Comedy" was excessive. Also while Korg was the surprise Gem of Ragnarok, he was terrible in this one.

The Best part of this was Christian Bale as Gorr
even if there were times where his Gorr tried to channela version of a Joker, ultimately he is was the correct part of menacing sympathetic for me.
I hated the Chldren actors in this , they were not charming at all to me and that scene with them powered up was super eye roll to me.

The Twist Victory at the end feels wasted because the over all movie didn't earn that moment, maybe because it's been years but to me Portman and Hemsworth don't Have natural chemistry
Dragon is right, that ending sucked.

Fun movie but a lot of ?huh? moments.

6.5

Id still recommend it, but i can understand some loving it and some hating it.
I thought I might have been too harsh with Love and Thunder and I was hoping I was the only one who felt that way. But sadly no.

I was super annoyed when it looked like Thor Killed off Zeus that quickly , good to see he is around I liked that Crowe actually played him an attempted Greek accent instead of an English one. Hercules actor looks .... Shitty , don't know who that is but already looks like a Joke Character

Joe Manganiello for Hercules, dammit!

I immediately thought of Kratos from god of war.

I enjoyed this way more than Dr. Strange.

I honestly don't get the hate. Not Ragnarok, but I'm good with Diet Ragnarok.

Ragnarok takes inspiration from Planet Hulk and put a comedic spin that worked for me and is in my top 5 for MCU flicks. This Butchers (Pun intended) two Major Thor Arcs , God Butcher and Thor Jane Foster. A lot of people say editing is the soul of a movie and unfortunately a lot of the comedic scenes lingered on too long , and from interviews some world building scenes and also more of Gorr in action got cut out, that ending did not feel earned , the emotional pay off it should have been felt flat.

I didn't feel it butchered anything. Sure, there's a longer movie there that could've been made. I do agree that we could've used more Gorr, but inferring his carnage isn't a bad thing. I thought Jane's arc was pretty well done and tight.

His "Carnage" felt like an afterthought, if anything

Sif should have died it would have actually added personal weight to story , it was an odd choice to keep her alive, it was essentially a useless cameo

It’s not an odd choice. Rumours are circulating for years that they are planning a TV series with her + actress recently asked on social media what characters fans want to see in her TV series.

Maybe back when Agents of Shield was going on and she made a Cameo , but certainly not now when a good portion of people thought she just got killed off screen by Thanos' Black Order before Endgame.

Haven’t seen the movie but judging by Youtube version of post-credit scene I thought it (Crowe accent) sounded like a mix between Arabic and Russian accents.

No I think it was in a more recent times. I remember there were also rumor about Rocket & Groot TV series (like info/rumours with list of TV series that seems to be in the work) but seems like this is not happening.

So far what I’ve gathered from reviews is that Zeus and Gorr are cans and the movie is woke af. Will decide for myself this weekend.

I just watched it. Fun flick. 7/10. The people I was with really really liked it.

I loved Ragnarok & this was more of the same but a step down. This one is more campy. Russel Crow plays Zeus & he just absolutely goes for it.

Bale was great. I wish they had given him more to do.

The final emotional arc worked for me.

Overall it was a fun movie. It’s not a classic but we all had fun at the theatre. I’ll watch it again when it streams.

even since hemsworth turned himself into a gigachad parody with jaw implants it was only a matter of time he'd become the butt of jokes in his own movies.
Was watching spiderhead and noticed something looked bit off by his look, like something looked artificial... No Homo
