GSP should defend, but Dana's ego won't allow him to just answer a question without putting some bravado/"im the fuckin boss" tone with it.

Dana just doesn’t like it when a fighter seems to have control over him. He doesn’t seem to be able to do anything about Conor, maybe the higher ups tell him to STFU because he is a bit of a cash cow at the moment, with him being on TV ads and the EA sports game cover and what not but he clearly doesn’t like it.

GSP decided to come back very Conor like, making the decisions, calling the shots and take a winnable fight to get a belt, not only that but the PPV actually does well and everybody is happy. Of course he wont like it. GSP does whatever the fuck he wants and if he decides to move down to WW to fight for the belt there so be it, we´ll all buy the fight and there’s nothing he can do about it.

Look i get why he would be irked at gsp dripping the 185 belt, but its hard to talk tough while at the same time you mention conor whos currently done everything you are bitching about gsp doing.

Dana has always been super vocal about what he thinks of GSP's actions, and always seemed extra strict to GSP in regards to keeping his promises and being a professional.

Kinda weird that hes so prissy about GSP who has shown time and time again to be an absolute professional and great ambassador for the sport, while being a megastar who also makes great money for the UFC.
But at the same time he'll let both Diaz bros talk major shit to him, not be professional, let Nate slap him in the face, give them infinite amounts of chances, and you rarely hear him being such a hardass to them. And then theres Conor ofcourse.

I gotta be honest tho, this seems like major posturing from Dana. Like this shit was planned out from the start. GSP comes back to face Bisping, beat Woodley, and then fight Conor, maybe even bypass Woodley. Dana agrees but says he's not gonna openly support it and he's gonna act outraged and pissed off.

Pleaseee give me a break, Dana acting like GSP vs Conor isnt his wetdream. Puh-leaseeee
 
Promoters don't like when fighters retire undeafeated or with belt.
