    Some things I noticed: You have no arch in the starting position. Your hips rise to fast. You pull a little bit with your arms. Your knees don't extend properly during the second pull.

    It's probably flexibility, yes: Just really put an effort into getting into a proper starting position - it's not meant to feel too comfortable down there. Besides that, you could work hip and hamstring stretches.

    I'm not sure how to solve the knee problem. Maybe focus more on driving your hips forward and do not think too much about whether you rise up on your toes. Try to keep the weight on your heels as long as possible.
