Strict pressing wasn't included in the plan you laid out but you've been doing it on the reg. How do you program them in? Sets/reps/%/frequency/progression?

Sheiko29. I just started where I left off. My shoulders felt like arse, pressing makes them feel sexy. So I audible, Usually pressing doesn't interfere with any other lifts.

Just all over the place. I was ass, I caught no bounce. The middle was slow. I just sucked today. The snatching should've been an indicator, but I chose to ignore it and be an arse.

Easy. I was getting under the bar quickly and efficiently. My dip has shortened considerably, overall it started looking like a jerk, rather than a weird split push press.

I made some heavier attempts because I was smoking 120. I failed, I'm still not used to the sweep and all of that jazz. I ended up overpulling by a lot again. I'll just have to practice a lot, per the usual. Standing up was ridiculously easy. Overall I'm happy.
