Sometimes you gotta take a break to allow your body to recuperate. I'm actually looking forward to taking a deload week after the gym meet is over.
You start fixing one thing and fifty other things pop up.
The solution is to never try and fix anything. Just muscle through every single lift with no regard for technique. Don't worry about getting hurt, you'll be fine, since you'll be lifting as nature intended.
