I'm done. My back is fried, Even squatting is bugging me. I'm resting till after thanksgiving.

I woke and my back felt like amazing.

Right before I lifted the first time about five dogs started barking at each other. Really, really loud and distracting. The second time a grown ass man started making really weird noise and baby talking a dog. The third time, well, I just blew my wad.

But are you doing handstands and backflips? You have to be able to easily do all three, or else you're not a real athlete, and no one will be entertained in your parlour.

For squatting, Yeah. They're not long, eventually I'll have to up the volume but I've only been backsquatting since Feb. I can be somewhat lazy and milk some gains.

Sadly I cannot backflip. As I am a pussy, I'd probably break my neck. Therefore I am a false athlete who eats a bunch of eggs.

Ran some Liss. This is pretty much how I'll be spending my week. I wanted to bust out some sprints, but from what I've read on here that's a no go.

Well, it's not the IDEAL way to develop either energy system. But, for instance, if you were to go to a soccer practice, you would probably notice that the players do quite a bit of LISS, but also run sprints in the same practice. And they would probably be very cardiovascularly fit individuals.
