Yeah, I'm pretty happy about that. The fact that I'll need to eat more, not so much. Just now I ate probably about one and half lbs of Mashed potatoes with some chicken. That's just a pre-dinner snack.

Hola buddy. How's the snatching.

It's progressing, albeit very slowly. Training at a place with no bumpers and no oly platforms (which means failing a rep and dropping the bar down is not a option) is not the ideal environment, but I'm performing them regularly and have come to like them quite a bit.

How's your DLing coming along?
 
Well, at least you have the confidence of rarely missing :)

It's going fairly well. Had a small set back with a lot of outside of training issues but more or less on track now. Trying "volume" for the first time with my pull. Of course by volume I mean more than just singles not Keo level insanity.
