I've been running an accelerated 5/3/1 sorta of like a quasi beginner program. I started out with a 1rm of 140, so something like SS didn't make much sense to me. And now I feel like I'm at that point where a switch is somewhat necessary. I think I might do what Tosa originally suggested and use prilipens table as a guide.

However, I'll still need a general guideline and something like 5/5/3/1 makes some sense to me. With the first 5 day being an intensity day, while the next being more of a volume day. I think the 3s and 1 day will have more than one set rather than AMRAP, but I'm not sure.

Yesh ! Screw waiting a month to squat "Heavy" again. I tried doing it normally, I just couldn't. Perhaps if I was also using 5/3/1 to DL,Bench and press it would be cool, but just squatting ? Nuh uh.

I'm confused. I put less into the pull and I set a PR. This is obviously witchcraft or something. I'm pretty shocked. I didn't really put more into the pull until 110, I was really overpulling my cleans, I'm excited.

Didn't do much more because of fatigue.
