I took some time off from them and then included them again. Now they work just fine. What really helped me is pulling myself under the bar at the top and not just shrugging. Just look at high-level lifters pulling, it's beautiful.
And I really need to drink more Monster. I'm consuming lots or Relentless home in Berlin, here it's usually just diet Red Bull, although there are some nice Russian energy drinks. One is called Monster. :)

I've done 165x6 and 177x3 or something like that, would have to look it up in my log, I don't think I've ever done an AMRAP set with 170.

But whatever, close enough. And I can't do it anymore

I would just like to not be in some degree of pain or discomfort every minutes I'm awake. It makes getting motivated to workout pretty hard, just makes me feel worse.

I'll get it sorted out eventually, just going to be a slow process

Sounds awful. I'm just dealing with a bad groin, compared to you it's nothing.

Resealable cans are awesome. The "green" monster tastes different in one. I have absolutely no clue why, though.

I drink 'em over a longer period. That's about the only reason.

Exactly. And you don't have to worry about the stuff spilling everywhere if you tip the can over in a spontaneous moment of keto-rage. And wasps don't fly into your can. And people won't put roofies and/or gin in your drink.
And the main reason is the wonderful feeling, when you find 4 1/3-full cans of Relentless in your gym bag, your normal everyday-bag and in your pants. Coffee with butter and coconut oil, fish oil, water and old Relentless is the perfect breakfast IMHO.
