I've injured my right knee somehow. squatting light is fine, however when i start going heavier it irritates me. Powercleans also bug the shit out of me. Oddly enough power snatching does not. While not a substitute for the actual lift, i plan on doing clean pulls, and clean high pulls.

Be careful of that knee injury, Bel. OK, you're young and can shrug off injuries a lot quicker and easier than old farts like me(proud member of TOTHO:icon_chee).But even you have to make sure this "irritation" does'nt become something more serious.
Very true. A week or two off from squatting or PCleaning won't kill me.
