A candidate for congress is doing a door to door campaign. So he knocks on our door, I head on over to open said door. Apparently he likes helping, he opens the door wider. My dog being the asshole he is runs out. So i dart to the end of my deck and jump on the ledge,I jump off the ledge onto the grass and start sprinting after my pup. Anyways, about after seven houses he turns left. It's a straight away, so my natural response is to run faster and dive after him. I get him, he yelps, i let go, he runs again but this time i catch him relatively easily. This was done barefoot, btw.
