Confused as to what this means.

You said something about snatch and clean form work done from the hang. Was not sure if you were doing extra stuff here or just describing your pulls.

snatch and clean form work done from the hang. Both felt great, a noticeable difference in the catch for the clean. The snatch felt smoother as well. I've figured out the problem from last time.

If you are doing pulls then there is no catch.

honestly, the set and rep scheme is bull shit. I forgot the exacts however it's right around there.

The beginning was shitty. however, the end portion was easy. That's a decent trade.

The bar hit my throat pretty hard on the final rep. i guess i fucked up somewhere.)

If you are doing RDLs off a platform, am I to understand that you are able to bring the bar lower than floor level while maintaining lumbar extension?

Also, you're getting pretty damn strong. Snatching 135 for that much volume seems impressive considering you are still learning the lifts!

i am having a blonde moment, lumbar extension means keeping your back straight, right ? if so yeah, oddly enough my form was pretty damn good.

A certain stretch helped with that. i can't remember which, although, if i remember it i'll tell you.

i don't know why today was so bad. probably a combination of things. I've lost some weight. i haven't pressed in a bit. yada yada *insert excuse number three here*.

positives: 135 was incredibly fucking easy. My power clean is improving nicely.

You may wish to add GHR's or razor curls or something similar. Not that you are developing an imbalance, but strong hamstrings help keep your knees stable, particularly when your quadriceps are flexing (co-contraction).

I'll do some Ghetto GHR's after my snatch work tonight. Admittedly i am not a huge fan of hamstring work lately.
