So your pull is all back?
Pretty much. i doubt i could get above my 410 without making some adjustments.
So your pull is all back?
Hopefully, I'll probably keep this in for about 4 weeks
training notes that should have been in my last post.
My 385 lb pull of the platform was much faster. probably because of the "push" from the legs. i honestly never do that, so hopefully this becomes habit.
i am going back through my logs. currently looking for the DL advice i was given.
My DL still looks the same as the first rep in the video.
I would seriously try to get lower in the starting position to avoid that much rounding of the lower back.
Good luck with the Ed Coan stuff![]()

I am at work and cannot watch the video, but I know I've watched it before, and from what I recall, I would agree with the above.
You must have some decent lower back strength, however.
I have Nike Romaleos and I like them. Having said that, they are the only weightlifting shoes I have ever tried. I believe they are a little heavier than some of the other weightlifting shoes but I don't think that makes a big difference, really. They're sturdy and my feet feel completely stable in them which I really like. They also have a really cool little feature on them - on the medial side of the shoes, just above the sole, there is some very small text scored into the rubber that says "Go forth and..." on the left and "...Dominate" on the right. I thought that was quite cool and badass. It's very subtle, too. I barely noticed it. My main problem with them, really, was the price. The pair I picked up cost me a little over $200!!
I hope that review was at least somewhat useful.
Yeah, it was my intention to buy a pair of Kanama's (they go for about $100) as the guy who makes them has a gym here in Toronto but when I went there to pick them up, he was all out of my size and said his manufacturer wouldn't have any more till the next year and the only other shoes he carried were the Romaleos.Since I needed the shoes right away, I forked over the money. Oh well. They'll last a long time so I'm not too concerned about it.
Batman had decent lower back strength as well.

i am going to fix my form before i meet bane.
side-note: i found some Nike Romaleos are they worth buying ?
Bane's a pussy; he only broke Batman's spine after the Dark Knight had spent weeks re-capturing the psycho's Bane had busted out of Arkham. Batman was running on empty and carrying several injuries before Bane fought him.
Bat's won the re-match by G 'n P.![]()
belph......i need your BW, and max numbers for the big 3
I've been walking around at 198 lbs, 295 lb squat,410 deadlift,225 bench.
I've been thinking of benching more lately. just to up my total, my squatting numbers will be better soon.

Not even close, my friend. Trust me on that one.
Jester, I think I'll wait until my numbers don't inspire pity/contempt before I share them...
Mainly concentrating on Garth Ennis' ongoing series, The Boys and Mark Miller's new mag, CLINT(which includes Kick Ass II). I've been considering picking up the trades of Morrison's recent run on Batman.![]()
