Videos and diet notes are the reason I come to your log. Though I am not sure you will ever post a video that makes me smile as much as the one above.
i have a busy week ahead of me. i may not be able to log everything. I'll try though. i also slightly injured myself in the press. i didn't think it was anything at the time, however it's causing some discomfort. considering it's the fucking spine that hurts i'll be taking off till Tuesday or Wednesday.
training notes: i figure i should train my press more intelligently. i am not too sure how i will do that. when it's all figured out I'll post it.

the first ten reps on the clean hurt my left wrist. it was an odd pain, however the next 90 repetitions i didn't feel it. i am perhaps i need to do some wrist stretching before doing any sort of cleans.
Or relax your hands more.
I'll try remembering that. although i don't think i was squeezing my hands, or am i misunderstanding ?

i am pissed. i rise up on my toes during the OHP. so it's tainted my 200 lb press.... why..... WHY !? Life is indeed cruel.
I'll upload the video later. i screamed once again. that seems to happen after a lot of PR attempts. i am going to avoid gyms..
hopefully Arlecchino doesn't see that "power clean". that was ugly.

I Did My Warm Ups Differently.
I used A Strict Military press Rather than A OHP. On Each Rep I Pressed Like It Was My Max.

It was 3 things:
1) the effort put fourth in getting it over your head
2) the careless dumping behind you and walk-away
3) the music!
Oh, snap.
If you have time, you might go through yours point-by-point like I did and see what you can illustrate/do better. That way is actually much better than me pointing it out.
