nice, mixed or double overhand ?


semi on topic: i am eating a gigantic bowl of spaghetti.i love the stuff, it's in my top ten foods.

DOH up until 315-335, then i switch to mixed

ive been killing sqaghetti with chopped up chicken, cheese, then 50/50 prego and alfredo sauce.......i know its horrible for me but ive eaten it like 5 times the last 2 weeks

yeah my prego is the "flavored with meat" kind, hhmmm.....

i like DOH but after i started using mixed for the heavier weights it just feels so secure, just nice not having to worry about your grip at all, just focus on lifting the weight

your 405 DOH is beastly, i might have to give that a try once i start deadlifting again to see how it feels

i am the total opposite. i feel so secure with the DOH. all though i think that's because i can almost wrap my hand around the end of a barbell.

i can't imagine using a hook grip at that weight. so i am envious of your hook abilities.

205 x2PR!!! i had some slight hip movement. i was dead tired though. i filmed it, but the angle is horrible. i thought it would show my legs more but alas it doesn't.

deadlifts

295 x5 so yeah.. i pull with a rounded back. fuck me.. i need to fix that.

4 days off.
 
i am going to see if i have enough in the tank to do it again right now. i am going to pysch myself up and see what i can get.

bad news: my arms are way to tired. in 4 days i will pick up where i left off.


by the way my deadlift form is atrocious. i need to fix it bad.
