They Live log.

I think he's from the South. If you ever come to the states visit the South. It's a different culture from the rest of the U.S. #feelingsuperior

I'm heading south for a bit next year. I now expect nothing but southern hospitality.

Lifting, asses, programing and now traveling the southern states

This log has lost all focus

Helped someone move the past two days. Planned on sleeping, eating and relaxing. In the end my legs got no break and I tweaked mah back.

Squat
210x5
255 2x4
297 x3(beltless)
297x3
340x2+F

I figured I'd fail. Dunno where I go from here. I want to rest but I haven't lifted much lately.

EDIT: Been thinking about giving Low bar a whirl. mostly because my training will be switched big time soon. Not by choice, though.

Why is your training changing? Is someone with a baseball bat forcing you to become a powerlifter?

Just work and stuff. I'm going to need to schedule things better and train smarter.

With the lowbar, I just wanted to give it a whirl. Get jackt hammies. bad idea ?

I think he's blaming season disfunctional disorder cause its winter. I recommend a support.group like this one that maximizes their bodies absorption of sunlight during the winter by playing outside in bikinis

Nothing wrong with giving low bar a try, but if the goal is big olympic lifts, then HB should stay the priority. If my goal was jackt hammies, GMs and leg curls is what I'd do, in addition to Squats and DLs.

Quit your job, build a shack in the woods with an axe and a chisel, using trees you cut down and mud. Make sure the shack is large enough to fit a lifting platform, fireplace and a bed inside. Live off of rabbits, dandelions, and boiled down tree sap. Sell the rabbit pelts to buy monster. Then you won't have to worry about life getting in the way of lifting weights.

Deadlifts ? Lol. But yeah, I'll just stick with highbar for now. All though, the rest of this week will have no focus. I'm going full blown Fuck it for a couple of days.

I'll start growing a beard now. Maybe fight a big Russian too.

210x5
252 2x4
296 2x3
336 5x3
210x5
252 2x5
296 4x4

Done as one big shitty session.

I've been sleeping mostly for the past 48 hours. its been ridiculous

You're doing Sheiko for squats now?

yeah, ran 29 loosely. Thinking about switching back. Then again, I want to give it an honest chance. I realize I've been having shitty days and switching because of that would be silly. But I've been lax with getting the necessary calories.

Deathlift
60x5
80x5
100x5
130x3
140x1
160x1
170x1
180x1
190x1

Meh. Not bad, very little warm-up or breaks. Technique is awful as usual. 190 floated about a foot infront of me, hilarious. Legs were drained and my back felt like shit.

You better watch it, or you'll turn into a powerlifter.

snatched up to 95 for a single. Not bad, but I had to go directly after. Shame, I could've gone for more.

Squat
210x5
252. 2x4
296. 2x3
335 2x2
375x1
375xF. Dunno. I'm strong enough but I don't know what happened, I felt out of practice.I think its best I switch back to a faster 5/3/1 like before. I shouldn't be using sheiko yet.

Snatch
60 1x3
70 1x3
75x1
80 1x2
85 1x2
87 1x2
90xF bleh, lost focus in the hole.
90 1x4
93 1x2
95x1
95xFx2. Gambled and lost. I felt like shit, and I decided to try and push it. At least I got in a decent workload beforehand.

Clean and jerk up to 110 x1. Crashed big time. Lowering the weight once more. Jerk was fine, I pushed jerked it. My split has been off lately. And my push has always been equal or a bit less. So I made the switch today.

Some.peoples log I post pictures that are deeply relative and symbolic. Yours ill.show you RockStars new flavor called Bubbleberry.

80 2x1
85 3x1
87x1
90 3x1
93 2x1
95x1
97xF
97x1

Sweep and catch both felt great. I'm pretty sure it'll carry over from the ground, Just gotta work on both. The miss was just a shitty attempt. I needed a break but I rushed.

Tore a callous so I front squatted. triples to 100 and doubles to 130.

I'm pretty off about squatting in general right now. Not sure what to do. I'm tempted to just push triples, doubles and 5s for a bit.

I'm pretty off about squatting in general right now.

Go back and look at what has worked well for you in the past. If I remember correctly that 531 on crack system worked for you pretty well. Not sure that it would work as well for you now that some back squatting newbiness is out of you but maybe. Perhaps you could put it on semi crack. Not that you need my input since we are probably on the same page as far as strength knowledge/experience is concerned but sometimes the random thoughts of a drunk guy come in handy.

Edit: Hell I'm sure I'm doing you a disservice by saying we're on the same level considerring you've been on this forum longer, squat more, and are much more passionate about weightlifting than me.

Double Edit: After re-reading I must be drunker than I thought. Fuck you. I'm older, smarter, and better looking so just do what I say.
