All of the fails were due to a shitty turnover. I have to admit continuing on after the third fail was stupid, but I knew what the problem was. The last two fails were also pulled high enough to be powercleans. I was just all over the place today, I'm going to relax till Monday and then resume.

Squatting is 5/3/1 on Monday, a self adjusted day on Wednesday and Friday I'll front squat using 5/3/1, but I'll repeat the top set instead of AMRAP. As for the Olympic lifts, I'll do whatever, but I generally have a goal in mind.
