1 large piece of birthday cake. vanilla.

3 liters of water.

1 monster energy.

i am still so fucking hungry. i am going to eat some bacon later on.

so my temp bar somehow broke. i wasn't there to witness it, so unexpected deload week. i am buying a used bar friday. till then i might run a bit since it's gotten colder. do some body-weight stuff possibly. or i could just play video games all week and sleep. you know add to the 15 hours i already get.

i am probably going to cut back on the food. adjust my diet just for this week.
 
I've been working on my power snatch form with just the bar. that's about all today.

i should be obese.

as stated in the quote; i should be obese. i am pretty much done with McDonald for a long time. however subway sounds good. i like their subs.

it totally does, it also helps with my goals slightly. i am near my goal of achieving a 200 lb body-weight. i want to get to around 215, if i ever compete i could cut to 207 for weightlifting or 198 for powerlifting. admittedly though i doubt I'll compete.

Also, I know I'm way late to the party on this power snatch business but I found Rip's tutorial on the power snatch very useful. I know some of the oly lifting folks will disagree with his method of teaching but the way he simplifies the lift (and all the barbell lifts for that matter) is refreshing and easy to follow.

Oh so you're in the "there's no such thing as a free lunch" field as well? That's cool ( even if it is a minor :P). Biology and Economics is a weird combo. How is it in the US, do your lectures focus on the Keynesian or Classical approaches to macro-economics?

i am admittedly skipping college for year. i am burnt mentally and i need to think things through. i don't know what i actually want to do.

So are you taking a gap year before starting, a gap year in between studies, or scrapping the whole idea?

Fyi, I didn't have a clue what job I wanted to do (I still don't exactly) before applying to uni. When push came to shove I just envisioned a combination of; what are the things that interest me, would likely give me the least grief (and consequently, the most pleasure), and would allow me to most efficiently provide for my family down the line.
