i was also gonna add this to the "el nino" section but couldnt be fucked cutting up gifs and uploading them; especially seeing as its pretty similar, but still worth a watch.

just finished off referencing & uploading downloadable files of some pesky gifs that wouldnt upload for some reason :icon_evil also added some additional info & ideas below the reference section!

currently uploading a rar/zip of all the gifs if you wanna dl them. link should be up soon!

due to the awesome and very positive responses from this, i've decided to do another one of these "compendiums" and time permitting make a series! one of the ideas i have in mind i can almost guarantee no-one has seen before! (not just bjj btw)

but that being said im back at work,uni,training and friends are back in town so progress might be slow! but how about it guys? eventually i might be able to make a compendium of compendiums!

again thanks to everyone for their kind words, it makes this kinda stuff worthwhile!

Hands down some of the best use of stills to teach dynamic movement I have ever seen. Thanks for the time spent doing this!
