That's a good point. UFC is pretty terrible with booking champs. Champs should fight 4 times a year minimum. This 1-2 times a year is total gay bullshit. Though, maybe it's the champs that being gay.

No way. Something like that would screw other cards for months with no title fights on them. UFC is already in need of more stars but the selling point for the numbered events are the title fights. At most 2-3 title fights and one of those would be a WMMA title fight.

That would be a SPECTACULAR advertising campaign, & the ultimate tribute to this event if they did 5 title fights. The entire undercard would be made oop of matches that could be broken oop for a last minute replacement.

Not only does the undercard being made oop of last minute replacements mean that we have backoops for title fights, but it meanz that we have the best oop & coomerz for teh undercard.

I was thinking the opposite but I hope I'm wrong. What incentive does the UFC have to put on great cards if they are guaranteed a payday already? No need to put on a good card if they don't need to convince people to shell out $80 to buy it.

They should have waited for an American champion before drumming up any interest in this fantasy. The only two American champs are Kayla at WBW and Max with the BMF, but Trump isn't big on treating women like people and he's not big on people from foreign countries like Hawaii, so that's probably a no go on either of them. I get that this is just a matter of bad timing and that they could have waited releasing info about this big distraction event until it was ready, if only there wasn't something else Americans keep asking to be released instead, so they had to hurry this idea out the gate. I just don't see how it happens with the level of interest they want
