You’re just butthurt over Starbucks polices so you have to lie to yourself and say their coffee tastes like gravel so you don’t have to drink their product. When in fact everything about them is better than Dunkin’ Donuts. The quality is just that much higher. I’m not even a big coffee drinker and know the difference in taste and quality.

I'm talking in general about their whole drink menu.. regular coffee or those frappucinos or whatever.

Again, if I made a personal ranking of my favorite coffee beans/blends Starbucks and DD would be near the bottom.. but I still think DD is better than Starbucks. I've never had Peets or Hortons or whatever so maybe I'd like them more. There's a good local chain called Better Buzz here that is pretty good too.

I'm not a coffee person but I'll get an iced coffee every now and again. There's a Dunkin near my house and their coffee tastes terrible. Way worse than Starbucks imo. And their donuts suck too. And the one breakfast sandwich I got, the "Big Toasted," was nearly inedible because the bread was so stale when it went into the toaster that it came out as a brick. Meanwhile, Starbucks' bacon, egg, & gouda is one of the best fast food sandwiches I've ever had

I didn’t say that my dude. That’s cool just a miscommunication is all.


And of course a movie is rated depending on the individual but some movies are made with a higher technical skill. Some people think the fast and furious are the best of the best when it comes to movies and that’s fine but the technical skill isn’t the same as say a Paul Thomas Anderson movie.

The "The Left being anti-medicine once again, because 'Orange man bad'" thread is legitimately depressing. Policy experts not wanting baseless, unproven, or unscientific treatments pushed through regulation to satisfy an idiot president is now "anti-science" and the rubes eat it up because any criticism of the administration has to be emotional hysterics.

But remember that the left unscientifically thinks that you should call transgendered people by their preferred name and treat them with respect. So even though Republicans reject evidence and logic on economics, the environment, biology, geology, medicine, polling, etc., the left is actually anti-science.

It may well just be my not knowing what "good" coffee is. My general thoughts are: Kurig and DD bad; Folgers, McDonald's, and Starbucks not bad.

Coffee is kind of like potatoes. Sucks on its own, but if you mix in enough good shit with it, it can be tolerable. Couple of local-ish places that make coffee drinks that I really like, though.
