6a. Google Finance will be used to verify the price (https://www.google.com/finance/quote/BTC-USD). The chart will need to show 50,000.00 or higher on 12/31/2024 UTC. The chart allows me to see the price throughout the day so if at any point, it is at or above 50,000.00, Rob Battisti would be the victor.
6b. A gentlemen's agreement is noted that the loser will do a hiatus from Sherdog War Room posting. 1 month if Rob Battisti loses, 2 months if Jack V Savage loses.

Not quite zero. There's a small chance the US fucks up its finances so badly that it ends up defaulting on its debt (officially or unofficially) and cut off from all sources of borrowing. The budget is thus balanced by default since the government can't spend anything without first collecting it.

6. A case doesn’t have to occur for the bet to have a winner. The premise is Trump will be able to run for a third term with SCOTUS ruling he can do so. If that happens, The Diplomat wins. If it doesn’t, Lead wins.

Hockey would need to confirm he’s comfortable with the language above as well before it’s confirmed. I chose that date as we’d know by that point whether he decided to run with primaries and the court would’ve likely responded. Not that they need to have a case in order for me to win.

To be clear, if SC indicates he could run for a 3rd term, but no case is brought and Vance ends up running anyways, who would then win?

Move the date back tho. When did Kamala jump in? Have that be the resolution date.
