There isn’t a clause stating if one dropped out, the bet is null. I can call it null though if you both agree to it.

Well he called Biden and I called Trump. It would be fairly gay to say I won when his guy isn't even in the race any more.

I'm cool with him waiting until after they nominate a replacement to decide if he wants to keep going.

Yea, all good. I’m not advising anything, just that I need mutual agreement anytime a bet is called outside of the normal circumstance. Same with edits.

If it's "Trump vs. whoever" then you really wouldn't have to wait until the DNC anyway.

The hearing for Justin Mohn was set for Thursday at the Bucks County Justice Center in Doylestown before District Judge Charles Jonas, but it was rescheduled to August 22, according to Manuel Gamiz, the spokesperson for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.
The rescheduling of the high-profile court hearing comes weeks after the county’s public defender assigned to the case filed paperwork dealing with Mohn’s mental competency.
The paperwork to discuss Mohn’s mental competency has led to a hearing that is scheduled for August 1 at the Justice Center.
Mohn has been jailed since his arrest in late January after the crime that made international headlines.
