I need way more specifics than this on what that entails. It’s way too broad that I think there will be argument over who won. Also, the thread only does av sig or account name bets. Max punishment/ reward is probably 1 year.

When is it decided officially who is running?

Officially, it's a ways off. If the Reps hold primaries, it will be the winner of them. I want to say June-ish of 2024, but I'm not 100%. Either way, your side of the bet should be known a little before then, as the only way I lose is if Trump officially drops out before the primaries. There is an outside chance he'll be seriously challenged in the primaries by someone like Desantis, but for all intents and purposes, Trump is the guy who decides this.

We'll keep it to whenever it's actually "official" that Trump is the candidate or not, though. No victory or defeat will be claimed until it's officially a done deal one way or the other.

Ok, Ill throw him a huge softball......If 50% or more of the charges that were just dropped by Cannon, are refiled within 2 years from now, I lose. Or do I need to make this even more appealing to him?

From what I’ve heard about that case, isn’t it possible they appeal it rather than the idea of refilling? What is the total count of charges?
