Bets with banned posters aren't forfeited. They just have no consequence in the reward/punishment for an av/ sig/ etc. A winner is still determined and is factored into the rankings/ public record.

It would create a perverse incentive to make bets with people you expect will get banned and defeat most of the purpose of the rankings.
