I can’t claim whether they made a bet or not but they have not yet made it official in here.
 
@Lead, even though Heretic just confirmed, I want to give Mr Heretic the option to modify as he sees fit. Nothing is official here until Mr Lead confirms, and that heasn't happened yet.
