The Great Wall Of China was racist against Mongolians.

In my opinion i don't really want to pay for the wall but IF we end up buying a wall i say we go all out. If its not bigger than the great wall of China in some way we missed our chance!

Nobody seen Sicario? Tunnels will be even bigger thing. Amazing movie btw if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend.

People on this page who like the Great Wall of China be like "I dunno who the Manchu Qing or the Ming Dynasty were, but that is one handsome wall"

Alright I admit I know that the people who admire the great wall are definitely far too stupid to understand what I just said so I'll spell it out: The Ming Dynasty were the proponents of and primary builders of the Great Wall. The Qing marched through it and annihilated the wall-loving wall-building Ming Dynasty. The Qing chose not to continue building the wall, since they just laughed at it's ineffectiveness and inability to protect the Ming. Ergo Humans have already tried to build the greatest wall ever built, and those humans were wiped out by other humans that went right through that wall.

Not that this debate matters, the Trump presidency is effectively finished and likely ending in the largest political scandal of all time. This is a distraction from that reality, and the wall will never be built as it was imagined by Trump and his supporters. At best, a bit more fencing that's already there will be buttressed, but the Rio Grande will not be ceded to Mexico because 25% of this country is too stupid to comprehend anything (at all really).

That's cool but stop pretending it will do anything to stop drugs like hannity and co keep claiming.

It ain't stop illegal immigrants either just force them to pay smugglers and be more dangerous hiding in sealed cushions and shit like they do for human trafficking
You're insane if you think massive amounts of illegal drugs aren't being muled over the border by illegals. That is one of the most amazing tricks that the left has pulled, IMO, convincing people that illegals aren't doing anything nefarious at the border and that more border security is just a waste. I would wager far more comes over the border in backpacks than in planes.

The cognitive dissonance is strong with you. Please explain how "massive" amounts are being smuggled over in backpacks. How does that work?

By the millions that cross the border yearly?
"More" doesn't really matter anyway.

I’m sure you have done all the necessary research to back up your claims that more drugs come across the desert in backpacks than comes over in airplanes.

More absolutely does matter. If 2 lbs if marijuana were coming over yearly in backpacks that would kind of make your point to build a wall to stop drugs kinda mute wouldn’t it? Everyone wants border security but not everyone wants to see a vanity wall build by Insecure in Chief

Oh, sorry. I missed all of your research laden posts. Let me go back and check them out.

They may go through open borders in some small instances but el chapo was one of the biggest if not the biggest and they are saying on trial it all went through legal ports and tunnels

I wouldn't take el chapo as a beacon of integrity. Guy is the boss of a cartel in Mexico.

Drugs are flown in, tunneled, submarined... I wouldn't expect him to give away his sweet spots on trial. Easy to say it's going through the ports cause we already know that.

Everywhere is an issue. There's no one spot down there that isnt constantly being bombarded by illegal activity. On hand it sucks were going through a government shutdown on the other its good were addressing this issue.

Deflection noted... I try not to post facts if they aren’t facts. You said you would actually bet that more drugs come over across the desert in peoples backpacks. I just want to see where you got this from

Wait... Trump is president. Illegals are still allowed to go to sanctuary cities? I thought Trump was going to clean all this up. I mean it’s been 2 years and he hasn’t done shit

it's not planes, did you read the article? They are coming through LEGAL ports, probably because we lack funding and personnel to manage the amount of people/vehicles coming through the LEGAL ports.

It's not him, its people in the trial that have no reason to lie, they said in the 90s over 95% of drugs came through tunnels

The same people that are arguing for this stupid wall are the same people that say "we can't do anything to stop gun violence in America because there's already guns here"
These people bitch about any sort of potential legislation suggested to curb violence, but now they want a massive, expensive wall that doesn't even address what the actual issue is.

So many people on the right seem to completely lack imagination. Only see things in black or white.
Border security doesn't begin and end with a 2,000 mile long wall...especially when most of the drugs aren't being walked across the border on some poor family's backs

You have many, many reasons to hate Trump, but not being able to follow through because of two-party idiocy is NOT one them.
