One of the saddest and most heartbreaking pieces of film i have ever seen about a truely genuine human being. Although this may sound odd but i would really like to see that final picture he took of himself right before he died.
Can't watch currently at work but he went into the desert and died.... is there more?
theres a legendary thread on here where someone actually predicted his death. I'll try to find it
He had a GPS. Why in the flying fuck didn't he save the coordinates from his camp? Even the cheapest GPS systems would allow him to click on the coordinates and the GPS would literally have an arrow that shows what direction to go. Or at the minimum, have a fucking compass.
He only brought enough water to make it to the "Spring"? I can't believe that it would never enter his head that a natural spring would be dried up during the summer.
It boggles my mind that he was so seemingly unprepared. Anyone that has ever been in the military will tell you that land navigation over rough terrain is tough enough WITH the right gear, let alone without having a clue what you're doing.
There was some controversy about suicide and what actually happened. This is essentially just clearing everything up and providing all the details about his death and even some opinions on why he was out there to begin with.
It's honestly a very, very well done piece of film and should be watched by anyone who considers themselves a fan of mixed martial arts.
