You're right. I apologize.

So I changed it to something less offensive (and more accurate). <Moves>
So you say something racist, fake apologize and insult me in the process? Fuck off dude.

Lol no. She did exactly what every lawyer in every courtroom does in every case ever.

Ask a question phrased in a manner to get a desired response, demand a yes or no answer, then immediately move on to the next question and talk over them if they try to add context to the answer.

Sit in any courtroom for 3 minutes and you’ll see the same.

You've never actually seen a real trial have you?

I would expect he conducted proper due diligence before coming to a decision of this magnitude, which is reviewing evidence. And it has nothing to do with releasing the report but it wouldn't take 6 months to review the evidence.

You are right. It would take longer than 6 months

You are asking him to SECOND GUESS THE ENTIRE FUCKING REPORT

What? Do you understand what "review the evidence" means?

And no one is asking him to second guess it. The point is if the decision to proceed with an obstruction charge was Barr's he should have done the work to come to a proper conclusion.

Jesus. Now people are pissed Barr accepted the report at face value

So what were you implying? People with Polish ancestors are stupid?

I was "implying" that you shut your fucking mouth about calling someone a Racist when you don't even fucking know what that word means. <LikeReally5>

That's what I was "implying".

Now YOUR TURN to "fuck off". <3>

One thing is that there is some tea-leaf-reading stuff that Mueller could put to rest himself, though my guess is he'd be as careful a speaker as he is a writer. But, yeah, Congress needs to step up here and impeach. Now that it's all public, it is eroding the rule of law to just leave it there.

The fact that Mueller even wrote this says a lot, as opposed to just making a call to his "friend" Barr.

"Chuck Rosenberg, the former acting director of the Drug Enforcement Administration. who served as Mueller's counsel while he was FBI director in the early 2000‘s, said it was “very rare“ for Justice Department officials to put anything in writing, as Mueller did.

“We are conditioned not to ‘go to paper,‘” Rosenberg said. “And the idea behind that is that we‘re all part of the same department and we‘re not trying to corner each other. There are times you get mad, or frustrated, and think someone is making a bad decision. But you pick up the phone and call them. I think I only went to paper a handful of times in 20 years at the Justice Department. In the time I worked for Bob in the FBI, I can‘t think of a time he did that.“

What you are saying isn’t based in reality.

Too bad that it's playing out before our very eyes and yet some just refuse to see it.

"De-Nile" isn't just a river in Africa.

So what did you mean? Seriously. We both know if you tell the truth you'll probably get banned because it was a shit thing to say.

I’ve presented numerous cases to DA’s and been involved in those meetings where we decide if we have enough to charge. In all that time I rarely, if ever, actually met with the head DA themself. Way it works is I run a case by the supervisor for whichever special unit in the DA’s office that worked that particular type of case (sex crimes, fraud, etc) and they’d say yay or nay. If yay, they assign a deputy DA and I start working with them and I won’t deal with the supervisor any further. If nay, that’s pretty much the end.

Here's what I mean :

And start focusing your attention back on the subject matter of the Barr hearing.

Which you're all wrong about, naturally.

Man, he watched Law & Order and the DA doesn't review all the evidence!

It's just a weird thing how people presume that television tropes apply to actual litigation. That's not how witness examination actually works, since it would produce testimony that is fundamentally worthless. If he had said "yeah, there were people who suggested that," Harris would sure have shit have let him explain lol.

Idk man, I'm saying a ton of lawyers say the opposite. That DA's do review the evidence.

JESUS dude.

There is 400+ pages of evidence, here say and rumor in this thing. He can not pick and choose what to check.

Fuck man, you are asking him to go re check the whole dossier bullshit.

He has to take the document as a professional piece done by the man hired to actually conduct the investigation

What if he checked the evidence and found it faulty or untrue. Then you'd say he's actually obstructing himself.

Nothing will satisfy you
