Up early with my boys this morning, took a trip to the woods to build a camp and feed the ducks & geese, hit the gym and had a decent enough deadlift session, then took my eldest to gymnastics and both boys to the playtime after gymnastics, read stories in the garden, had ribs, pulled pork, bbq chicken and homemade coleslaw for dinner, accompanied by a couple of beers. Now taking a big ole dump as I type this. As my homie Ice Cube would say "today was a good day".

That does sound like an awesome day. Pulled pork is so good but in here it (also) costs a lot. 250g container was like 3.5

The only strength standards that really matter are qualifying totals - or Wilks, if that's used as the qualifying standard. Otherwise they're just numbers.

I actually did know that because I did project on sloths back in elementary school. I also did one on manatees. Apparently I had a thing for odd animals back then since while the other kids were picking things like cheetahs and dolphins and I was picking sloths and manatees, lol.
