Helping hot girls get nicer asses is a pretty good calling. One of the few trainers at my gym who looked at things from a performance standpoint for most clients, and sensible programming with basic exercises and progression.
I didn't even think what I said was that bad compared to a lot of what's been said before and not received dubs.
I think the Mod was probably a sensitive crossfitter, who didn't like their strength standards called into question.
They're shitty standards. Hell most of the "strength standards" out there are shit.
