I kept thinking "wow I can't believe she finished that!" only for there to be 2 more challenges to go. Her upper body strength and endurance is unreal.

Finally getting my money's worth with ARMA3 with the new King of the hill-mode. Managed to team up with a dude who lazed targets for my GBU's while I was providing CAS. Generally ARMA3 is an unbelievably poorly optimized piece of shit, with crap animations, sounds and overall extremely low level of polish - but when you get proper teamwork going in the combined arms department, the level of teamwork is literally impossible to find in any other game. I so wish that Bohemia would get their fucking heads straight and start deepening the elements already in the game rather than widening it with superfluous shit nobody wants or uses.

I'm pissed that the NSAC will be forgotten about with the other craziness. Their 6-month slap on the wrist of Vitor and 'harsh' 2-year 'suspension' of now-retired Chael is completely ridiculous. Yeah, they'll be tough on guys as long as it doesn't cost the UFC money.

I can't see how DC is going to be 100% in time given his knee surgeries. Hopefully it's still a decent fight.

A couple times recently, I've had training partners complaining about feeling weak/tired/whatever at the start of the session. Both times I suggested they warm-up, and then see how they felt. They both ended up having good workouts, and one them hit a three rep PR, and then repeated it for sets across.

As a rule of thumb, it's about your view of "self, future and world". When you like yourself, like the direction your life is going in and think the world is a good place, you are happy. When you don't like yourself, don't like the future and think the world sucks, you are unhappy.

Therefore, to be happy

1) Don't be hard on yourself
2) Don't sit around working on a career or life direction that doesn't actually appeal to you
3) Focus on the positive things in the world

I think he postponed the knee surgery? So, no he won't be 100% as he's got a torn LCL but his knee should be as healthy as it was in his last fight.
 
That really sucks about Alex. I was waiting for that fight to happen but oh well. I don't see DC putting much of a fight against Jones but anything can happen. He seemed to steal Hendersons soul during that fight so maybe he got his Devil Fruit ability too and can now drop the H-bomb on Jones.

I'd like to add that you should monitor (right word?) your own thoughts. Because how you think adds up to how you feel. If you think "I'm unhappy" it's almost like an affirmation or a selffulfilling prophecy. So be aware of how you think and get ridd of the bad thoughts.

Unless there is a certain thing weighing you down?
 
I have no reason to be unhappy, which for some reason pisses me off more.
