Made pad thai last night for the first time. Apparently the trick is to cook one serving at a time on really high heat so the sauce is absorbed into the noodles (and obviously easier to prevent burning). It turned out very well.
I made two types of sauces; a peanut sauce and a sour/sweet pad thai sauce.
Chicken, tofu, eggs, red/green peppers, green onions, shallots, garlic, rice noodles. Served with bean sprouts, crushed peanuts and cilantro. Yum!
