You should make as few adjustments as possible during a squat set and a mirror is a poor judge of depth. Pulls are slightly different but a mirror gives one view.
I appreciate Mark Bell's honesty and he seems OK. Strong dude and says it like it is. The Supertraining meets wouldn't exist without him and they're fucking cool.
I hope this comp runs well, our team seems pretty goddamn solid and consistent so would be good if it brought F13 together a little. God knows the main is nearly a fucking wasteland recently.
Tosa is right about rice, minimal difference except one, which for me is huge - cooking time. Brown rice takes so fucking long to cook to a decent level, I can't be bothered, although it does taste better to me. I choose it on my burritos when I can as some other sap has to cook that shit.
