PR The PR (Personal Record) thread, v.5

Had a mini PR session with a couple of the other guys at the gym to see what we can do in order to start a new program with new maximums


Bench 120kg (265lbs)

Squat 150g (330 lbs)

Deadlift 170kg (375lbs)

Gives me a Wilks score over 300 for the first time ever!

30 more lbs and I will get over the 1000lb combined total so that is the next aim! Currently weighing around 175lbs (79-80kg)
 
Haha, nice squats hatchoo! Certainly looked deeper than mine.

edit: nevermind. I just saw golvmopp's log and he did that set 3 times. I barely survived one set of 3 :(

I don't post in here very often but I am pretty pumped about this lift. It has been a long, long time since I have hit a clean & jerk PR. There is definitely more to come. This is a +5 lb PR.

 
I wish I could Clean & Jerk, nice lift!

Killer lift Jake!

135lb Clean and Jerk for me today. First time actually hitting anything resembling a full clean.
