PR The PR (Personal Record) thread, v.5

540 on leg press ..gym finally got a plated loaded leg press so i threw on 6 45s on each side and did it 5 times relatively easy
 
usually did my military presses on the smith machine due to there only being 3 barbells

slow night at the gym yesterday so i threw on 115 and did three sets of it for 8-10 reps
 
I deadlifted 220 for 2 singles today. Most I've even pulled previous was 210, seems like the only lift I can consistently progress on.
 
720 lbs on leg press twice today..after doing 5 previous sets building up to it
 
Squatted 355 today for a +15 PR. No video though.

Took me a couple more weeks then planned, but got 385x5 on the squat. Totally clanged the left safety on the fifth rep (I have a slight lean).
