PR The PR (Personal Record) thread, v.5

fiiiinally went over body weight with sohp at 220lbs...not as happy as i normally would be for it because i want to hit that 225lbs mark now, next week
 
7.5kg PR on my old deadlift 1RM with much better form. Finally broke the 400lb barrier and very close to 2xBW. Modest but means a lot to me as last time I tried 180kg it wouldn't move off the floor.

Squat > 315x2 > PR by a rep

Last time time I attempted 315 it crushed me. I think I disrespected the weight. This time, I gave the weight the respect it deserves, and I crushed it. /feelsgoodman
 
180-185 Squat, 15 Kg PB, a little bit ugly, to say the least.

 
Some stuff: beltless squat, weighted chin, and military press, all in one session this afternoon.

405x7 and 455x2.

+2 rep PR at 405, +15 double PR.

Deadlift x1 - 390

5lb PR

Was stuck @ 385 for so long, it was all I could do to not screaming in the gym.
 
140kg squat Pb this morning, was limited to time, so had to restrict recovery on sets. Left a bit in the tank, hoping for 150kg by around the end of Feb or early March.
 
Big day of PR's. +6lbs for front squat, +1lb for clean and +21lbs for snatch.
