I need to take my shirt off more for PRs.
PR CITY this past week (well, every week really since I've only been lifting since April).
(lb) 250x5 squat, 315x1 deadlift, 170x2 bench (fuuu long arms) @ 148 lbs BW.
(kg) 113.5x5 squat, 143x1 deadlift, 77x2 bench @ 67 kg bw.

(form check vid inc [next week], had to glorify my three plate PR by taking off my shirt, ala Jon Jones)
Is this thread only for Squat, Bench, Deadlift, OHP, Snatch, and Clean and Jerk PRs or could guys post other strength PRs, like grip and such?
